Global start of ZENIQ HUB delivery
The shipment of the ZENIQ HUBs has started
From Tuesday and Wednesday this week, the first users will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of their HUB.
Delivery costs and tax still have to be paid by the user upon delivery.
A detailed description regarding installation and currently activated features will be provided online.
The delivery does of course NOT apply to the In-house/Minting HUBs, which are maintained and serviced "in-house" for the user at his request.
Please note that delivery will be made in batches. Delivery of all ZENIQ HUBs ordered until the end of 2021 will take approximately 3 months. After that, the processing of the newer orders will take place.
As often mentioned, "First Come, First Serve" applies. If a ZENIQ HUB is ordered TODAY, the delivery time (due to processing of the older orders) is approximately 5 to 6 months.
The option of selecting different casing colours for the HUB will be activated in the course of May 2022 for all new devices ordered from then on.
ZENIQ Debit Card
The possibility to order the ZENIQ Debit Card will be activated within the next 10 days. Both stylish plastic cards and metal cards will be available for orders from the start. More information will follow in the course of the activation.
The ZENIQ App will be equipped with further features that will surely bring great joy to the community. We can expect the first extensive enhancements in the month of May. In the course of the year, a very big feature will be added, which may well be considered a world first. More about these extensions at the time of their activation.
Please always make sure that you are using the latest version of the app. Especially with Android, it can be easy to overlook when a new version is already available.
Staking via the ZENIQ App
In the first few days, there were still some display errors and error messages on the ZENIQ app. These will be fixed with the next app update, which is expected in the middle of this week.
Even if some users experienced incorrect displays on the app, everything is 100% correct on the SmartContract behind it!
Display of Staking Rewards on the ZENIQ App
The calculation of the ongoing display and payment of the respective Staking Rewards is based on the total amount (number of tokens) and the staking period evenly over the selected term.
Example 1 (3-year staking period):
If, for example, 10,000 tokens are staked for 3 years, the user receives 5% Staking Rewards annually (in the form of additional tokens), i.e. a total of 15% (1,500 tokens) more tokens for the complete term (with activated network bonus / app back office connection).
The daily payout of tokens is calculated as follows:
11,500 (token amount incl. Staking Rewards) divided by 1,095 days = 10.5022... tokens per day.
Example 2 (5-year staking period):
If, for example, 10,000 tokens are staked for 5 years, the user receives 7.5% Staking Rewards per year (in the form of additional tokens), i.e. a total of 37.5% (3,750 tokens) more tokens for the complete term (with activated network bonus / app back office connection).
The daily pay-out of tokens is calculated as follows:
13,750 (token amount incl. Staking Rewards) divided by 1,825 days = 7.5342... tokens per day.
Thus, due to the daily pay-out of tokens, after the complete term of the respective staking, both the originally staked tokens and the Staking Rewards are booked into the user's app. This applies analogously to the two examples for all offered terms.
Removal of the limit of 10,000 tokens per Staking
The removal of the current limit per Staking is expected between the middle and end of this week. Stay tuned!
Stakings with a chosen staking period of 15 years will be limited to 250,000 tokens per staking.
Pay-out in AVINOC Token
The functionality for pay-out in AVINOC Token has been reactivated in the back office after maintenance work and is now available again.
Banking KYC for SEPA transactions
If at the end of the KYC process the message "being processed manually" is displayed, please do not start a new KYC process. This message is displayed in the course of the KYC process if a manual check has to be carried out by the KYC provider on the basis of a user's entries. This can take a few days.
Unfortunately, however, some users do not wait, but start a KYC process again. This leads to additional waiting times, as the second KYC process now also has to wait for finalisation.
The Staking Hints Benefits have been successfully integrated into the back office and are now fully automated. For this purpose, some menu items have been extended. If you have not seen this yet - Have a look
